Omnichain is a digital proof-of-spend mining platform. By accessing or using Omnichain, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. No Financial Advice
Omnichain does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content is informational only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
3. Nature of Tokens
Tokens within Omnichain, including OMC and sector tokens, are digital utility tokens used for platform access, participation, and internal functions. They do not represent equity, shares, or guaranteed value.
4. No Guarantee of Rewards
Uploading documents or participating in Omnichain does not guarantee rewards, income, or token issuance. Rewards remain conditional and subject to validation, fraud checks, and system rules.
5. Blockchain and Technology Risk
Use of Omnichain involves smart contract risk, network risk, wallet risk, transaction failure risk, and the possibility of irreversible transfers. Loss of wallet access may result in permanent loss.
6. Wallet Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your wallet, private keys, approvals, and transaction confirmations. Omnichain does not hold your private keys and cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
7. No Custody
Omnichain is a non-custodial platform. It does not hold user funds, manage wallets, or operate as a broker or exchange.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Omnichain may link to XMarkets, blockchain explorers, or external ERP systems. Omnichain is not responsible for third-party functionality or losses.
9. Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Omnichain complies with your local laws, securities regulations, and tax obligations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnichain shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses arising from platform use, token activity, blockchain activity, or data handling.
11. No Refunds
All token-related transactions are final, non-refundable, and irreversible.
12. Modifications
Omnichain may modify the platform, rules, rewards, or these terms at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
