Purchasing OMC or any Omnichain token grants utility access only and does not create ownership rights in any business or entity.
2. Pricing
Pricing may change without notice and may be set by treasury, routing logic, or platform rules.
3. No Refunds
All purchases are final, non-refundable, and irreversible.
4. Delivery
Tokens are delivered to the purchaser’s compatible wallet upon successful transaction processing.
5. Risk Acknowledgement
Buyer accepts market, technical, and regulatory risks associated with digital assets.
6. No Guarantee of Liquidity
There is no guarantee that tokens will have value, a market, or an ability to be resold.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
